Roz's Market Update
Hi! Welcome to my blog. My name is Roz Prince. As a seasoned REALTOR® it stands to reason that my blog would be dedicated to real estate in the Halifax Regional Municipality.I predominantly sell in Dartmouth and outskirts but have more expertise than the majority of agents in HRM for other areas because I have been selling here for 25 years. I am also a researcher and like to ensure that I know exactly what is going on in the areas I am selling whether for the buyers or on behalf of sellers. Knowledge truly is powerful in terms of potential problems which may occur and certainly for negotiating purposes. I shall attempt to de-mystify what it is we actually do as it seems most consumers don't really know what we do and how we get paid. This is what I shall discuss over the next few months.
