I include my sellers in the selling process!

I invite my sellers to actively participate in the selling of their home by providing them with access to the Sellers' Area of their home's listing on my website. There they can share any information regarding their property that will help with the sale of their home by touching upon the right information that potential buyers may be seeking. Using their private login code, my sellers actively participate in marketing their home by engaging in the following activities:

• Accessing private reports (stats) which show the regular website activity relating to their listing.

• Providing testimonials about their home.

• Attaching various types of reports to their listing such as photos, feature sheets, floor plans and inspection reports.

• Contacting me and receiving private messages from me.

• Subscribing to web feeds (RSS) for instant updates to their listing.
