Recently, the market was more favourable to sellers, but it has started to balance out. Housing development has increased over the past few years thanks in part to low interest rates. Cole Harbour is predominantly residential in nature thus there are several well-developed neighbourhoods. Cole Harbour's proximity to downtown Dartmouth and Halifax makes it an ideal choices for people wishing to live in a bedroom community but commute to work. Cole Harbour Bel Ayr Minor Hockey Association: The CHBA is comprised of 50 teams playing at the Novice, Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget and Midget Minor levels. All home games are played at Cole Harbour Place, Forest Hills Parkway.
