Cole Harbour real estate has undergone two recent booms, one in the mid 1970's and the other in the last few years. Recently, the market was more favourable to sellers, but it has started to balance out. Housing development has increased over the past few years thanks in part to low interest rates. Cole Harbour is predominantly residential in nature thus there are several well-developed neighbourhoods. Cole Harbour's proximity to downtown Dartmouth and Halifax makes it an ideal choices for people wishing to live in a bedroom community but commute to work. Cole Harbour is very popular with young families. Real estate prices in Cole Harbour are reasonable compared with Halifax. |
